Hi! I'm Hayley

Owner of Lotus Aqua

After more than 13 years in the insurance industry, I finally took the leap to follow my true passion - the water. I’ve always loved teaching swimming to people of all ages, but it was during my own pregnancy that I discovered just how powerful aquanatal classes could be.
 

That feeling of weightlessness after a long day, the gentle movements, and the soothing support of the water were exactly what my body and mind needed. I realised so many mums-to-be could benefit from that same sense of calm, strength, and connection.
 

After spending precious time with my son on maternity leave, I launched Lotus Aqua in November 2018. Since then, I’ve had the joy of supporting hundreds of incredible mums throughout their pregnancy journeys watching bumps grow, friendships blossom, and being part of something truly special.
 

I’m endlessly grateful to every single mum who has trusted me and supported my little business along the way.
